These Birthday Party Favors started out with a homemade sugar cookie with hints
of pure vanilla and almond extract. The cookies are then decorated with lemon
icing.
Cost: $2.50 per bag. Each bag comes with one cookie, is tied with curling ribbon
and has a personalized note attached.
