This cake had one layer of marble with buttercream, another layer of
vanilla cake with chocolate frosting and the top two layers were lemon
cake with lemon frosting. The cake was then iced with buttercream
and a layer of rolled fondant was applied. The bow was made of sugar
paste and is edible!
This cake made it all the way to Bakersfield from Lakewood!
Serving size 200 people.
Cost: $500 ($2.50 per person)
