These are one of my favorite cupcakes!  It all starts with yellow cupcake batter with chocolate chips mixed in, frosted with buttercream icing and topped with a homemade chocolate chip cookie!  Viola!  Chocolate Chip Cookie Cupcakes!!  Yum!!  1 dozen Minimum for these delicious cupcakes.
