This flavor was inspired by my brother's favorite Girl Scout cookie, The Samoa!  It started with a chocolate cupcake I frosted with coconut icing, drizzled caramel and rolled the sides in toasted coconut!  I didn't think I liked coconut, until I tried this cupcake!!  Minimum order is 1 dozen.
